Description: It’s no secret that Vindaloo is fiery and hot but our spicy blend of ground coriander, turmeric, ginger, chilli, cumin, fenugreek, salt, garlic, black pepper, paprika, allspice, mustard, onion, and celery is to everyone’s taste depending on how you use it!

SUGGESTED USE

Bring the authentic flavours of India to your table by whipping up a classic meat, veg or pulse-based vindaloo curry at home. Make a spicy marinade, dip and sauce or sprinkle over potato wedges prior to roasting. Create your own curried beans by simply frying off some finely chopped onion, add our Vindaloo Curry Powder to your taste, pour in a tin of baked beans followed by a few sultanas and simmer until cooked. We like to serve ours on top of a jacket potato for a warming lunch… Yum!
