SUGGESTED USE

Steaks and roasts will never be the same again thanks to our Meat Seasoning. Give your chosen meat a generous coating and leave to marinade for at least an hour or overnight in the fridge to allow the flavours to permeate. Try mixing into oil and make a liquid marinade to soak meat, stir into homemade sausages, burgers, and cottage pie bases for extra flavour. To use our Chicken Seasoning as a marinade, use 1 teaspoon per person mixed in a little olive oil, coat the chicken with the mixture and allow at least 1 hour for the flavours to permeate the chicken. Fry the chicken on both sides until golden and then finish cooking in the oven. Although our Fish Seasoning was designed to enhance the flavour of salmon, monkfish, fishcakes, and fish pies it can be used for just about anything and everything! Whip up homemade parsley sauce with a twist, sprinkle into breadcrumb coatings and mix into risottos and burgers. Two heaped teaspoons of our fantastic Fish Seasoning should be enough for 4 people.
