Description: These deep reddish brown to black crushed chillies have a medium to high heat on the Scoville scale but most importantly, they have a complex sweet and chocolatey flavour.
SUGGESTED USE
Add authentic heat to enchiladas, tamales, salsa, and soups. Sprinkle into curries and chili con carne recipes or get creative with a pinch or two of Crushed Ancho Chillies to liven up chocolate in all its forms (we highly recommend mixing into homemade hot chocolate!)
