Plant Family: Betulaceae
Other Names: Birch, European White Birch, Silver Birch, Lady of the Woods and Weeping Birch.
Description: You’ve just discovered the key ingredient in both root and birch beers! This dried bark has a woody fragrance and a pleasant, root beer-like flavour.
SUGGESTED USE
