Description: Monosodium glutamate (MSG), also known as sodium glutamate, is the sodium salt of glutamic acid. It’s used in cooking as a flavour enhancer with an umami taste that intensifies the meaty, savoury flavour of food as naturally occurring glutamate does in foods such as stews and meat soups!

SUGGESTED USE

This additive is popular in Asian cooking but can be used in just about any dish that needs its flavour enhanced! Why not try mixing into broths, soups, gravies, and sauces?
