Plant Family: Apiaceae

Description: These wide, flat, tear-shaped seeds with light brown borders and dark, oak-like centres taste similar to dill but with a slightly bitter edge to them.
SUGGESTED USE
Mix into savoury bread, biscuit, and muffin recipes, make your own dill pickle and stir into stocks and sauces to accompany fish.
