Vegan Chapati Flatbread

You've probably got all the basic ingredients needed to make these easy flatbreads at home!

Ingredients

40g Spelt flour
0.25 teaspoon Salt
25ml Lukewarm water
0.5 teaspoon White sesame seeds optional

Instructions

Add the flour and salt to a large mixing bowl. Slowly add the water until you can form a smooth dough. (You may not need all the water!)

Knead the dough with your hands, leave in the bowl, cover with a clean tea towel and leave for half an hour.

Divide the dough in two equal parts and roll them out on a floured surface. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and a pinch of salt. Lightly roll the seeds into the dough.

Heat a flat pan until super hot, place one chapati after another onto the hot pan and cook for around 30 seconds on each side.
