Ingredients: 300ml Oat Milk; 50g White Chocolate; 1 teaspoon Beetroot Powder; 100ml Double Cream; A handful of Marshmallows; A sprinkle of Red Rose Petals; Sugar - optional

Cosy up with a warm mug of powerfully pink hot chocolate.

Ingredients

300ml Oat milk

50g White chocolate

1 teaspoon Beetroot powder

100ml Double cream

A handful of Marshmallows

A sprinkle of Red rose petals

Sugar optional

Instructions

Heat the milk in a pan until simmering while stirring. Remove from the heat, add the white chocolate and stir until melted. Add the beetroot powder for colour and stir. Pour into a mug, top with whipped double cream, marshmallows and dried rose petals. Add sugar if not sweet enough.
