Ingredients

Vegan Milkshake

250g Strawberries or raspberries
350ml Oat milk
1 tablespoon Maple syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Blueberry Smoothie

1 Banana
1 teaspoon Banana powder
128g Blueberries
1 teaspoon Blueberry powder
130g Plain yoghurt

Kale Juice

A handful of Kale
100ml Apple juice
100ml Cucumber juice
40ml Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Kale powder

Fresh Orange Juice

4 Oranges
1 teaspoon Turmeric

Instructions

Vegan Milkshake

Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth, serve in a glass and enjoy!

Blueberry Smoothie

In a blender, combine the banana, banana powder, blueberries, blueberry powder and yoghurt until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.

Kale Juice

Juice the kale, apple juice, cucumber juice, lemon juice and kale powder together and serve in a glass.

Orange Juice

Lightly smack each orange on the counter, cut each orange in half and squeeze into a glass. Stir in the turmeric and serve with ice!
